The aisles also have 3/4 inch mats throughout. The 60x60 arena is sand, and stone dust base, with sand and recycled rubber footing. There is a heated bathroom, tack room and a grain room between the aisles. There is a 100x 80 foot outdoor arena with sand and stone dust footing. 3 paddocks have automatic drinkers and 24x12 shelters, as well as covered round bale feeders.The stable has had 12 horses at one time. Lessons were always steady and I was doing 25-30 lessons a week. I did not advertise, it was all word of mouth. After a while I decided to trim back on some lessons.Weeded out the younger children, and kept it to 8 and over. I also had adult lessons as well. I did summer camps each year. As many as 4 weeks with up to 8 children per week. You could easily do more, but I only did every other week after school let out.
